As we entered California, the gas prices really became an OUCH! Especially when towing such a huge vehicle! Nevertheless, we were in for a real treat at our next destination: Mount Shasta. We were aiming for another dispersed camping location, and wow, did it deliver! Our spot was on the edge of the mountain with stunning views behind us. It was so wonderful that people frequently pulled over next to us to snap photos of “our” spectacular vistas.
